The Chef’s Garden is a small farm in Huron, Ohio on the fertile, sandy soil of old lake bottom land that helps nurture some of the world’s best tasting vegetables. Over the past five decades, the Jones’ family farm has evolved from growing basic commodity crops to growing herbs, micro greens, and heirloom and specialty vegetables for the finest restaurants using sustainable agricultural practices. The research team gathers and preserves seed from all over the world, selecting unique heirloom varieties for their superior flavor. The Chef’s Garden team works directly with top chefs to produce more than 1,100 varieties of vegetables and herbs for the discerning palate.
